Why search for the solution when you can just blame me? That's always been the way for you to go, always hide with your alibi. But one day, it will wear thin and you'll be as transparent as glass.
Don't bother to justify, because you've got no reason, only an excuse, a paper bible, and another day to go. The mess has to be breached before anything can be done about it, but maybe that was the plan all along.
Your alibi won't save you now, it's as fake as you. I'm sorry that I couldn't be what you want us all to be, but sometimes you have to fight for more than the right to sleep your life away.

This is obviously a message to somebody of some kind, but it seems as if it's as cryptic as can possibly be. Hope you don't mind my saying so.
What it *is* though, is intensely emotional. Keep writing. |
