Wait And Bleed

Contributed by crash on Wednesday, 15th December 2004 @ 01:09:00 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

I'm a self mutalist
the scars I bear
You don't have to look hard
to know that they are there

But who would cut themselves
just for fun?
Or are they just reminders
of a game never won?

My scars represent
part of what I feel
Painful reminders
when they heal

I hurt myself,
another fresh cut
As each new wound opens,
another door to my heart is shut

I use them as a reminder
never to try
Because everytime I fail
I just want to die

Another fresh cut,
strait across the chest
This one finishes
the work of the rest

No one thought I'd die
they never took heed
Dying, I laugh at them,
As I wait and bleed

Going through all of your fntastic poetry, I am shocked that one man, not even 18 yet, could ever feel such pain. I feel this poem though, I have been there myself.
Better dayz

I really feel for you. Im a self mutilator myself and I know what you are going through. I want to give you a hug but as long as you have friends, you will get through this.

Hang in there,
Jillian
