I think about the times we have spent
The love we had was heaven sent
And I dreamed of you to be my wife
Even if you’re already out of my life

Every whisper and every single kiss
Your love is what I truly miss
And I dreamed of this special place
Where we would spend our last days

I dreamed of forever with you
Though I never had a single clue
That you fell out of love for me
Those dreams now I couldn’t see

The whole world I tried to embrace
Unaware that one day you’d replace
The love that we had for another
Have you found someone better?

I dreamed that we would never part
Though you have him inside your heart
I dreamed of having you for so long
Though I know that I am wrong

You told me to wait for you
You left me nothing else to do
You know you are my everything
Now that you’re gone I have nothing

I shaped all of my dreams with you
Even if you already have someone new
I’ll keep on dreaming about that day
When you would again cross my way

And though we are very far apart
You know you still have my heart
The love we had is worth keeping
‘Till then I’ll just keep on dreaming
