The Wind Blows

Contributed by MMISS on Tuesday, 14th December 2004 @ 11:21:30 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Tossin and turnin
as the feelings start burnin',
I'm yearning to see you again!

When I think about you,
the wind starts blowin'.
Then I'm over flowin'.
I've got to see you again!

Last night was the same
as the night before.
I wonder where you are.

When you think about me
does the wind start blowin'?
Is your heart over flowin?
Are you yearning
to see me again?

I can't get no sleep,
without you here with me.
My hearts so filled with thoughts of you.
Don't care if I go back to sleep.

But I'm gettin' out of this bed,
before the wind blows me away!
The power of the love I feel for you,
is so strong i can't hold on this way.

I walk into the living room
to get you off my mind.
I turn my head around
and see you standing there, so fine!

Now here comes the wind.
Let's hold on tight!
Its strong as ever,
don't you feel it , tonight?

Let's get lost in forever.
Let's hold on tight.
This is the real thing.
Its gonna' be alright.

So let the wind blow.
Let it blow all around me.
I get lost in this current.
I'm already swept off of my feet!

Soon i'll be fadin'
off to forever with you.
So, let the wind blow all around us.
We're lost in forever, we two.
