Mind of Loneliness, Praying for an Answer…

Contributed by Rose on Wednesday, 27th November 2002 @ 08:40:00 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

I ask where is that one; I can connect?
The one that just might make me feel like a woman?
The one that knows what buttons to select…
I feel as if the abstinence of my being is that of a shaman
The power of one’s mind can hold my being true
The physical moments would be cherished
With that one, who seeks the same clue?
The mind moves inward; moving thy soul from being impoverished
Thinking of the elements of life to within my self worth
Taking the cycle slow, honestly in respect of this growth
At times, a connection to a time of the birth
Asexual is a time to withstand the loneliness undergrowth
Thinking too much, better then being down and depressed
Celibate in thy womanhood, creativity does rule
This time has been long for me, my being comes under duress
That one, wishing he was here soon in thy life to fuel
That fire of destinies of our passions by desires
Being true of our love, from within,
Please find him, bring him in to my sweet heart of fires
So long in waiting, patient I have been
I’ve prayed and still no one within my reach
That one, I shall keep praying Lord, to you I beseech

Being upfront and honest
is what's important here , because
it creates trust, if someone is
scared of honesty and someone
being real then i would have to
question that person's wants and
needs myself. They wouldnt seem
as though they were a stable person
in life but only living in a fantasy world
where they want everything handed to
them on a silver platter. I really
enjoyed this poem, Thanks for sharing
it. Keep em' coming
