the lone whistle of the train cries in the night
you listen in the dark and feel the loneliness
it brings memories to mind that youd rather forget
but the lone whistle keeps blowing to remind
wheels clacking whistle blowing memories flowing
every night i hear the same train go by
i cant stop the train or the memories from occuring
how do you let go when each night your reminded
i keep asking to please let me go but it doesnt
wheels clacking whistle blowing memories flowing
i keep hearing the laughter in my ears
memories know i cant forget no matter how i try
so it laughs at me each night and coninues to remind
it will never let me forget it will never let go
wheels clacking whistle blowing memories flowing
this will be my fate from now to eternity
to listen to the blowing whistle and remembering
always to bear my cross never to forget
the lone whistle of the train late at night
wheels clacking whistle blowing memories flowing

I really liked this phrase.. the repitition..sounded just like the wheels of the train, too..that was great. (work on the spelling though..the use of your and you're..) |
