Cheating Husband

I'm with my mom, cause you cheated and lied,
You hurt us both and made us cry.
It started back around Halloween,I waited and waited
but you weren't seen. My mom whas there to make up my face,
to hold my hand to take your place.
Another first you missed that night, you blamed your job,
your schedule was tight. Not just a trick or only a treat,
it was my first time, and you chose to cheat. You stepped on my heart
with the choice you made then, but wait thats not all, you chose her again.
A month came and went you were home less and less, then you fell off your
truck, you were really a mess. You were home for three weeks I remember real good,
cause we hugged and we played like a son and dad should.
But the time came too quickly, you were back on your feet, but christmas was coming
in just a few weeks. I looked forward so much to the time we would spend,
opening presents and just being friends. You stepped on my heart for the last time that night,
when you chose to be with her and thought it was right.
Now I'm with my mom cause I chose to be here, together we both can get through the fear. We'll be just fine
without you dear dad, after all you have her so you won't be sad.

I can totally sypathize. I'm just glad that my daughter is too young to realize what her father did. I wish you the best.
