I see you face
I feel your embrace
My broken heart, you helped it mend
Now to you my love I send
My little secret fantasy
You go and run away with me
Running across the smooth white sand
Loving me forever, taking my hand
This dream could be reality
If you would just wait patiently
On the wings of love
Flying over like a white dove
From your lips your tender kiss...
Is love at all like this?
Listen to your heart
Let love lead the way.
Don't give up hope
In your dreams.
I await.

This is a lovely dream Candice, Hi.
I too have ones like this, but I just wonder how long do we have to wait with hope, before they become reality?
This forms a good mental image and a very personal but shared view of how a loving relationship should, could and will be.

1990 Candice!!
You started having dreams like this when you were about seven or eight!! Wow!!
Although thinking more about it I suppose we all probably begin even earlier than that!
I remember dreaming of and rehearsing singing 'Under the Moon of Love' by 'showaddywaddy' to a girl of my dreams when about six or seven I seem to remember!
But I could never have written like this at that age!

Dean, I was 8 at the time this was written. But I was dreaming like that long before this was written. I was always more advanced than others my age. As to my writing like this at that age I have been writing poetry since I was 5, I know that seems early I know, but I learned to write when I was four. I told you I was more advanced than most.
