This pit in my stomach

Contributed by pyro_maniac on Tuesday, 14th December 2004 @ 07:32:27 AM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

This pit in my stomach
this pit of hell
the weariness of loneliness
time will only tell

This rage deep inside
is causing me only pain
it is thrashing at my soul
I will never be the same

It is tearing me apart
alone deep inside
this pit inside my stomach
I can no longer hid

the spikes of the pain
are cutting deeper and deeper
Im on the edge
the mountain of my pain
has gotten so much steeper

The blackness of my life
the darkness of my spirit
I am screaming out
and only I can hear it!

Vastly intense poem, you have opened up, using words as a emotional out pour...I hope they free you from the lonliness within, excellent poem.
