A life lived by only one

I sit here in a room, alone like always. To keep the silence away I turn on the music. Drowned away from the world in a prison I call my home. Forever the gatekeeper was my mother now it happens to be my lover. Does anyone in this world deserve such a punishment? Forever I was on top of the world, in a sense I still am. I’ve won the game but somewhere along the line I’ve lost. I have so many that want me somewhere, anywhere, in there life. all of them I do not care for. I try to settle and love only one. It’s too hard to do when there's so much I can still do. Do I sit and smile in my one bedroom cell?

Mnnnmmmm I can relate in many ways. such a sad write. I am not sure if this if for real, or you just wrote this as a sad piece. I live alone, but try not to let my one room place get me down, and think of it as my little abode of life. there is always more to live somewhere......
