I wish you were here to hold me
To comfort my lonely nights
But there's something I can't make you see
That this just isn't right

I wish you were here to make me smile
Like you always have before
But I haven't smiled in quite awhile
Because you just walked right out my door

I wish you were here to heal my heart
That's been broken by your fear
If that's even the reason that we are apart
I really wish you'd make things more clear

I wish you were here to see me cry
But instead you've disapeared
It's too much for me to wonder why...
I really wish you were here...

very nice poem! I really like this and can relate to it very well!! very talented writer..keep it up!!
