My feet trudge on,
My body sways,
My lips still smile
As though unphazed,
As though untouched
By your new-found bliss.
In spite of my pain
You reap happiness.
But-
If you would take the time
Or care enough
To look into my eyes, you'd see
There's nothing there:
My spark, my spirit,
You've taken away with thee.
But you'll not see the tear in my eye,
The blood from my heart,
The death in my soul:
For my feet with trudge on,
And my lips will still smile,
Though Hades's bell may toll.

aww its sad when things must end.. You will heal within time.. awesome write.. if someone hurts you this bad they aren't worth it and can't possibly love you..
