LostLove

We’ve been together for so long
And I know where I went wrong
A wound so deep I have planted
Because I took your love for granted
Not even time can heal what I gave
I know there’s no more us to save
The love we had has lost its way
There is no chance to make it stay
I know I have already lost you
I know there is nothing I can do
I just hope that you would see
What your absence has done to me
The love we lost I cannot pursue
I’ll just bear the pain of losing you
I know you’re tired of all my lies
I’ll just have to pay the painful price
From now on until the next dawn
I will teach myself how to move on
Though I know that we are meant to be
Farewell… I am setting you free
