A little girl wandering the train tracks
Alone, uncared for
Forgotten by society
Forgotten by everyone
She walks along
And she finds a rock
Unlike the others
Sharp and shining
She leans over
And picks up her newly found discovery
And that’s where she finds
That being alone
And being forgotten
Can sometimes result in a cold, blatant suicide

An old woman,
alone and forgotten..
reading poetry...
when she stumbles across
something stark and dark
and she has a stroke! |
