Your hands hold me if i am going to fall,
your love makes me feel good about myself and i feel i am not lost among all.
Those eyes of your's,
always say whatever happens i am a true friend of your's.
In every emotion of life i have remembered you,
can't imagine my life without you.
Day by day as i start growing old,
its your love,care and warmth which keeps me going and
i know there are many things which are yet untold.
I don't know if ever you will realise how much i love you,
even if you do..the truth is
i love you ,
i love you ,
can't think of anyone but you.

but i feel the second line should be shorter in order for the poem to flow better.
