Don't Leave Me.

Contributed by DesolantDreamer on Thursday, 9th December 2004 @ 06:48:59 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Why are you leaving?
Do you not care?
While I wonder alone
Lost in this world?
Do you not care?
I saw him turn to me,
He came and leaded me
Into the light,
Away from the dark
I finally found someone who cared.
He took me in.
Gave me warmth.
He didn’t judge me.
I felt cold no more.
Then, two years after the night we met.
I lost the only thing I had.
As he was walking away,
A loud shot was heard.
I fell to the ground weeping.
I am alone again.
I cannot be alone.
Not again.
All I could hear was my tears hitting your soft, cold, dead skin.
“Don’t leave me…Please.”
