and i don't remember your name.
but i do remember your kiss.
and i felt the hot burning flame.
and those butterflys in my chest.
everything was right and so wrong.
you told me that i had to be strong.
so i waited.
and i waited til the cold froze my tears.
i waited until they all flew away, waited.
til the sun marked the new burning day.
and then i still waited for you.
oh the rain... all the rain.
took my soul, killed the flame.
and i'm not okay...
and waited again.
for you.

Though I don't find the flow this verse does have such good rhythm. I find it enjoyable even though it's sad. Justalady |
