selfstruggles
|
She struggles within her reality
Slowly suffocating within its walls
As it closes in on her
Walls old and falling apart
Floors moldy to the point of disease
Yet there she sits
Upon those floors
Enclosed within four walls
Without any escape
She screams aloud
Crying within herself
She wants to be set free
For it all to go away!
Just an old wooden door to appear!
Appear…?
No it won’t
It can’t!
It’s something that cannot be created
Within a mind so decimated
That madness conquered her internally
Leaving her suffocating within those walls
Built so thick around her
No one can hear her scream
No one can see her true identity
They only see the madness
Her mind said she deserved

So outwardly emotive in words with pain locked inside the mind. I like this poem a lot. Tiffany J. (Red_October) |
