A Part Of Me Dies

Contributed by screwup on Wednesday, 8th December 2004 @ 06:44:51 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

fell to pieces on the floor
behind the locked door
the burning pain inside
thinking of suicide
the blade making deep lines
everything is not fine
it never has been
these wounds I cannot mend
my head stuck deep in my past
used and thrown away, like a piece of trash
I can't get past all of these lies
each time a part of me dies

Been there in times past, felt the floor and painted it with my inner stain, wanted out, but in the end I chose to stick it out instead, we all have an unknown future, but it is our future, one that can be changed to suit us all....beautiful write, even for the topic, you have such an awesome talent for writing, keep it up....Take care always
