Reeling you in.

Contributed by EVERxSOxSWEET on Wednesday, 8th December 2004 @ 03:45:26 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

You pull him in,
Like a fool, he falls for every line.
Blowing him poisones kisses,
Untill hes on his knees.
Begging for you, pleading for your love.
You smile a vicious grin,
And continue to play him as if hes a fool,
Your a witch,
Casting a new spell upon him daily.

By now he's completely oblivious
Of the love i have for him.
My love for him becoming even more unriquited.
I sink deeper into my corner,
Watching, Dying.
Wanting to scream to him the truth.
But i know my words would not reach his ears,
For shes forever reeling you in.

I like the poem.
If you rewrite and think about
what else you want to say
or what you don't like about this,
then you'll come up with
something better on your own,
and something we could never imagine.

(Please watch your spelling,
I fear many younger poets
are dismissed because
of their misspellings.)

Ok Kaylee one thing, If Mothy said he liked it, that is a huge compliment...I thought it was wonderful, and I have a sneaking suspicion what its about...the G and his...
