Curvaceous extensions are a tickle away
Wheedling faces most stoic into innocent play
Though there's always a 'next time there's' no need to delay
A while.
Beleaguered in troubles as our vision may be
Decidedly dashing as the scheduled "why me?"
Though the stresses depresses like a holy decree
Beguiles
So you spend you life running, getting chased down by boulders
And when coffee break comes you just can't find cup-holders
Though the day is like Murphy in the eyes of beholders
Just Smile.

why is everyone afraid of getting bad comments. to the point of leaving. I have been writing for awhile and have rec many negative comments. this will happen when you write. little is thought of many of the old poets. the worse thing that could happen is not to rec any comments. the poem is a little complicated for me. I think you did all right with the rhyme scheme. Don't try Tennyson, you might be better. try yourself. surprise us. |

It's good to experiment with other ways of expression and I think you did fine job of it here.
Well done :o)
