He keeps me like a prisoner when
I am there
I've been locked inside his mind for years
in this affair
I've been drawn into his eyes
in deep, invasive stares
I wish I could see my way out
of this despair
I tried to prevent my mistakes
and to save me from slipping
into this bed I've made
I won't go quietly
with this as my ending
The pain and misery are only a part
of the hell I am living
Heart-stealing daisies
drowned in love's perfume
I've wandered all over the earth
in search of the moon
Time inside of moments,
inside of hearts, inside of you
I will never know the answers
to your secret clues
