Her bubble gum hair
The nose ring that she wears
Fake torn jeans
And a black beanie
Shes everything you always want
Shes everything you never got
But she isnt all she seems
A big black veil of mystery
She walks along an all the boys stare
Not just because of her bubble gum hair
At night she wakes up in her room
Sweating cause shes dreaming of you
But she remembers shes at home
And she doesnt want to be alone
She sneaks down past the T.V room
All the while shes thinking of you
She opens up the door and says
"One last night for sweet romance"
Shes everything you always want
Shes everything you never got
But she isnt all she seems
A big black veil of mystery
She walks along an all the boys stare
Not just because of her bubble gum hair
She steps out in the bleak streetlight
She doesnt wanna be alone
The moons soft light shines on her face
As she climbs up into your place
She smiles when she sees you standing there
And she brushes from her face her hair
Words then failed but you still said
"One last night for sweet romance"
Shes everything you always want
Shes everything you never got
But she isnt all she seems
A big black veil of mystery
She walks along an all the boys stare
Not just because of her bubble gum hair
Love is not what you think
It cannot be found over a stiff drink
Love is somewhere you dont know
In the heart of that boy you thought you knew
In that place you could always go
When you were too sad to cry
Shes everything you always want
Shes everything you never got
But she isnt all she seems
A big black veil of mystery
She walks along an all the boys stare
Not just because of her bubble gum hair
