IS IT GEORGE W BUSH OR INSANITY CLAUSE?

Contributed by steeleyes on Tuesday, 7th December 2004 @ 01:45:00 PM in AEST
Topic: political

He’s coming round soon
To drop bombs to applause
Is his name George W Bush?
Or Insanity Clause?

So many troops
Now dead and gone
He didn’t get his facts straight
They won’t see the dawn

A nightmare wonderland
Both red and white
An American fantasy
By candlelight

Soft focus on death
Blood Red, White Snow and Blue
And a partial ignorance
Infecting you

And there he stands
One mass of flaws
George W Braindead
Insanity Clause

I did it while insane
Told all those lies
The fantasy is fine
As each child cries

Bloodstained Iraq
Festooned with light
Shock and Awe
In the Christmas night

Insanity Clause
Drops down for a look
Slaughter in Fallujah
Done by the book

All the little children
Who sing their little hymns
Leave a knife out for Santa
It’s a corpse that he brings

It’s all a big lie
From beginning to end
A meaningless slaughter
He seeks to defend

The Sad-ass Santa
Who knows no laws
This turd from Texas
Insanity Clause
