Borrowed Gifts

Topic: MiscPoems

I recieve all the pain
but can't dish nothing out
left out in the rain
but when its sunny then I'm never out
can't do anything without any power
can't survive the storm
I'm surprised to see another hour
from the day I was born
I only lived on borrowed time
a mentality that isn't mine
and writing out borrowed ryhmes
this life of mine
should have been extinguished, can't distinguish
if this is really me
borrowed spanish, borrowed english
but you can't really see
borrowed feelings, borrowed trouble
anything negative
you see it in me, make it double
anything negative
I see it in you, tone it down
bring up the positives
what goes around comes around
of that I'm positve
so untill I can't use theese hands
I'll make a solem wish
even though I'm a man
I'll make a wish that goes like this:
please grant me knowledge
with a lot of power
some cash for college
let it stop raining for just a few hours
and let me meet my family
can I just have it all
without everyone mad at me
will wishing be my downfall?
TBC
