Till the night becomes today

I’ll dream of you tonight
Laying in the cold muted air
Feeling nothing but the pulsing of my stomach
Tears wanting to be near you
Wondering if you’re dreaming of me too
At least we can be together
In our minds state
As real as its going to get tonight

Tonight is followed by a new
Hopes rise to improve
I don’t want to be let down
So early in this sun rise
There is no need for the suns light
There are enough colors in your eyes
To light up the whole world
To light up my lonely (to)night

Maybe I’ll wait tomorrow
For my head to take this pillow
Tonight I swear
I swear on tomorrow
The sun will come up
On and on again
All my dreams for you
To swallow

Life is full of highs
When you’re feeling the lows
Answers will unfold
All the tears I’ve cried
It hurts my soul
All these walls are caving in
I don’t want to show my suffering
No, it’s not easy tonight

I’ll dream of you tonight
Laying in the cold muted air
Feeling nothing but the pulsing of my stomach
Tears wanting to be near you
Wondering if you’re dreaming of me too
At least we can be together
In our minds state
