Memories of Us

I remember when we first
got together,

Our love was strong, was
stronger than
ever,

No one could change the
way we
felt,

one look into your
eyes,

and my heart would
just melt.

One kiss on your
lips,

The feel of your
touch,

Reminds me of why
I love you so
much.

The best of memories
The best of dreams
The best of all the finest
things.

The memory I know
that will never
fade away,

I love you so much
in my heart
you’ll stay.

Sometimes the simplest of sentiments work the most complex of emotions. I think this was well written, and a nice introductory write.
