Would You Give Me Something New To Write?....

This morning I found the words
and all the things I would say
but i crumpled them into a ball
and threw them all away
They read: 'The summer left you behind
but that summer saw things
....a perfect silhouette
hidden behind blue wings.'
Why do I have to tell these tales of loss
with a hope ever so slight?
my pen is running out of ink
Would you give me something new to write?

well I was trying to write about how I am tired about writing of lost love and all the hope for the future stuff. It's supposed to be asking someone to be that person who will get me to write about something else ie. maybe love found...I dunno...it was about 5 am when I wrote it...they all can't be good i guess hey.....oh well |
