All alone in a world I can not hide
I'm all alone in a world I can not hide
Looking, searching for that place I died
Though the walls a scarred with paint
Some one told me it's just a reminder of rank
There must be away out of here
there has to be another place
The stones, the stars, the slanted king's riders,
& that ancient sad truth of pale sires
All alone in a world with no help
I'm all alone in a world that will not heal
Asking, hoping on faith through what's real
Though there are no crowns today
Some one told me there's still some kind of rank
There's only so much time, right here
You can't walk the ******* race
The lines in the dessert
With the monkeys of yesterdays
The bored & creative minds that come out & say
All alone in a world I can not hide
I'm all alone in a world I can not hide
So I come to search that place I died
