I Thought You Were My Friends

Contributed by UnlovedChild on Thursday, 2nd December 2004 @ 09:48:33 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

You say I'm annoying
Maybe it's true
When have I ever been mean to you
I thought you were my friends
But hearing what you say
You were never my friends
The words that you told me were "I felt sorry for you"
What did I do to make you feel sorry for me
I don't want a friend who isn't a friend
Annoying you also say I am
But at times you've been annoying too
I can't you would hurt me like this
I cry because I don't know why
You had to pretend to be my friends
So is it true
I didn't mean anything to you
I wasn't your friend
Only someone you felt sorry for
Being nobody to you makes me angry
I thought you were my friends

Aw, so sad! I am your friend!!!! Good write. Girls can be real B's at times... making and keeping friends is tough. My best friends dad always says when you are 50 you will be able to count your friends on one hand,

that has so much emotion in it i can tell. i can relate to that well. something similar happened to me in fifth grade and it traumatized me. now i have problems trusting people. *hugs* the emotion touches me and even if there are a couple words left out or it seems like it, i really like it.
