To Karen:
We were revolutionaries crying ourselves to sleep
Making White Noise and finding it hard to breathe.
Singing "Everybody Wake Up, Wake Up"
Eyes Open for the first time see the blue pass through you.
A decade of decadence would never last. Feel the calm before the storm?
Only a matter of time now, red eyes do blur the fatal morn.
All too quick for hesistation, yet our love did stand the test of time.
No rhyme or reason for this proclamation that I should have been the one to die.
Your death bed served as memory lane, and I lye broken once the news came, knowing that only us could have slowed us down.
We were revolutionaries crying ourselves to sleep
Making White Noise and finding it hard to breathe.
Singing "Everybody Wake Up, Wake Up"
"I want you to know that I miss you, I miss you so"~Finch
