And so I faltered in my steps;
because I fell into despair.
Standing here before myself,
so numb to all that's there.
Because I still happen to stumble;
No matter how much I've pled,
and now I hit the ground.
Now everything is dead.
Inside, my soul yearns to escape
from the thickness of my skin;
and my heart pleads to be healed
from the sickness that's within.
For me; I have been shattered,
because darkness settled in;
and now it's ""home sweet home"" again,
because this is where I've been.
For now exhaustion is myself.
Of another, I'm in need.
To help me through this welfare.
To do me that great deed.
For I've become a lonesome one;
and yet, your word I heed,
because inside myself I know;
to the heavens you will lead.
