Rocks of mossy green and gold
Beside the waterfall serene
Shady trees with branches boughed
Complete the peaceful nature scene

The wind whispers it's secrets in my ear
Warm sparkling sand in the river kisses my tears
Birds all chirping, all feeding their newborn
The beauty of nature heals my heart that's torn

Earthly secrets remain untold
I gaze out of my window as they unfold
Leaves change of colours oh so bright
Nature's silent beauty as day turns to night

I was so hoping that more people would have contributed to this - to make a really nice long earthy poem ... but it is nice the way it is I guess, short and sweet. :))))

This is very nice. Turned out rather well, all into one. I didn't know about this forum. Ive been in a tired world of work and some sleep, and then maybe some inspiration. IF this forum is still about, can you still come into it? Maybe, if I can stay awake long enough to participate. :)
