Our Hill

Contributed by DesolantDreamer on Monday, 29th November 2004 @ 08:10:16 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Rain falls from the clouds
Like Heaven's crying tears
It cries for my pain
The anguish of loving
And not being loved back
In his eyes I'm nothing
A mear speck of a human
But in my eyes
He's perfection
Even in his faults
I try not to cry
But he has my heart
Under his shoe
And is walking all over it
No one has been able
To make me weak
Yet he needs only to speak
And I'm pudding
But beneath all this pain
Lies a memory only I remember
A memory so sweet it hurts
Worse than death itself
I remember stars
The sound of grass crunching under our bodies
So close together
On the hillside
We could see the lights of the city
And hear the music of the party behinde us
After that day I became nothing
The happiness sucked dry
I felt an emotion no one should feel
It has been 2 years now,
And he is as distant as ever
Only talking to me when needed
But I know;
We'll always have
The hill.

Someone with your wonderful sense of emotion will find that perfect person that will place you higher than themselves, on a pedastal never to fall down or be thought of as a mear speck of human.. Keep the faith- remember your soul mate is also out there searching for you.

Six years later I have absolutely no recognition of who this is about or where it was or what actually happened....isn't it funny how when we're young that crush seems to be the only one in the world for you but as time goes past and you grow older and wiser and find more loves....you can't really recall the crushes that seemed so important at the time....
