A new ‘New World Order’?
No. That's a mirage, a dream, a lie.
You didn’t fall for that did you?
Cooked up by Bush as others die?

Did you dream of easy solutions?
That this world could change so fast?
You didn’t swallow that BS did you?
As you did in the past?

After the Cold War
The politicians made their play
How they were all responsible
And made the others pay

But it was simply history
Changing again its tack
And now we see the same
With this new attack

Bush and the Neo Cons
And simplistic little dreams
Megalomaniac notions
How infantile their schemes

History will show them
That the arcade game mind
Is no match for reality
As we all soon shall find

This bad old world ain’t changing
Well, not all THAT much for sure
But the politicians need headlines
Like a farmer needs manure
