GOD'S own heart

Contributed by sandy_poetrygodslove on Monday, 29th November 2004 @ 12:00:03 PM in AEST
Topic: InspirationalPoems

If one don't know him,
They wouldn't know his heart,
They would think of all kinds of things,
They would think it was bad from the start.

They know of God,
But they don't know him well,
They may believe in heaven,
But they sure don't believe in hell.

They can't bring themselves to believe,
That God could create
A heaven,
and a Hell's gate.

Well He did create a hell,
It was ment for the evil one,
He sent his son Jesus Christ
To save everyone.

Many don't want to believe,
Some say no way,
But they can't see that GOD
had made a way.

His heart is so full of love,
He forgives so easily,
He even forgets the the sins
throws them deep into the sea.

His heart is so big,
His grace so much,
Even can be healed
From the master's touch.

Nothing you can do that he can't forgive,
He sees you where ever you live,
Can reach down and grab you
No matter how far down
He can lift you up again
And put you on solid ground.

His love is much greater
then we could ever see
He loved us so much
That his son set us free..

Your writes are so full of truth. You just overflow with it. I was thinking about this very thing at lunch today...about how He wants us to know Him ---wants the be our Father---to be in personal relationship with each of us. So many don't want to know that. Their loss is so great that they themselves are lost. So sad.
