The devil's hell

Contributed by sandy_poetrygodslove on Sunday, 28th November 2004 @ 04:30:36 AM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Above the earth so round and there,
Spirals everywhere
Slide on down
The doors lay open
Down below
The rock and crumble
Darkness,stench, nostrils flair
Demons everywhere.

Pits of holes
lie within
steam and fire ablaze.
Evilness touches you inside
with each step you take.

Demons reach out and touch you
Grabs and tares you apart
Your soul still lives forever
A place you can never part.

Flames that burn but does not destroy,
Worms that eat and crawl as you feel,
Climbing out you want to run and hide
Creatures fly and and throw you back inside.

Screams and shouts
Agony throughout
Fire burns, renews and starts
Shooting up over you again.

Enemies, friends you knew before
Ones you talked and shoved through this door,
Comes and fights you with demons help
Takes and pulls your arms right out.

The devil looks upon the scene
Lets you remember his little plan
Saying this was not real
when you walked upon the land.

A snare a web you could not see
blind to the fact of the worldly things.
and making you push GOD away.

Eternity, forever and a day,
Your soul being burned continous everyday
No relief of the pain
No water to have
not even a drop
wanting to get out
wanting it to stop.

The devil's hell was ment for him
Mad at the world and seeking someone to be with him,
Grabs a hold with lies that he tells,
The father of lies he is to be
Wants your soul to not listen to me.

The images you used here are excellent.

Great carrot & stick stuff - and the last line was pure class . . .

Thanks for sharing, Sandy.
