i feel it in my stomach
and i know we're meant to be
the vision of us
its so perfect you see

i love u more then anything
to me you mean so much
i cant wait till the day we meet
till that day i get to feel your touch

late night phone calls
telling each other everything
baby you are like a perfect melody
just like when the angels sing

baby you are my heaven
from this hell
Your my everything, my world
i hope u can tell

i feel and know u are my one and only
i love u
i know this in my head, and have it in my heart
i feel it, i feel that this is all true

and of all the mistakes ive made
u still love, and forgive me
baby your so awesome, your perfect for me
to my heart you are the key

baby i love u!
this is what im trying to say, you see
i truely feel and believe
you and i are meant to be

Maybe a bit repetitive and the word "baby" doesn't fit in in my opinion, but excluding those two, it's a good poem.
