When I am with you, my worries go away
My thoughts are dominated by the very thought of you
trying to walk in the same foot seps as you consumes me
I thought this feeling would die off as it did so many times before
But the way I feel towards you wont die off, but instead gets stronger and stronger every time I see you
My heart never stops wanting to attach to your
And it continouesly reminds me

While it may need a little general revision after a while, I do kind of like this one. It's short and simple, to be sure, but also visually appealing. I like the form.
I also can appreciate the last two lines, "My heart never stops wanting to attach to your(s)/And it continuously reminds me" - it's very poetic. :)
