Poem of missing you
I watch my reflection slowly fade from your eyes
I feel your hands and lips grow cold
You are dying in my tight embrace
My world grows dim without your light
I watch you as your heart descends
amongst the ever falling stars
I’m willing my soul to follow behind you
So we can clasp hands even in death
I stray through dark lands
attempting to find your ever wandering soul
The blackness of your death
taints my once bright sprit
My eyes glow with a deep affection
for death now that you’ve gone.

I've found they don't even have to be dying in any sense to make you feel that way
