Everything comes better in desperation, but even though your face is hidden, your eyes tell the whole story.
These stars haven’t fallen by mistake, but instead you’ve pulled them down to sit with you.
The razor quivers in your hands but you don’t seem to have the time to reimburse your broken, hungry anemic wrists.

There is no truth in the eyes of the blind. Prophet, jester or a sad excuse for both? There is no try in suicide, you know you want to live…

I don't see why you called this crappy. I liked it. I think it's actually quite good. Especially the lines:
"There is no truth in the eyes of the blind."
and
"There is no try in suicide, you know you want to live…"
The repetition and slight alteration of the 2nd and 4th stanzas is effective as well. Good job! :) |
