Broken Fate

Contributed by EternalNight4x on Friday, 26th November 2004 @ 12:44:42 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

Sometime I wonder what it would be like to end my life
To seize control of my own fate
To die the way I wish to die
And not the pre-planned fate given to me at birth
Sometimes I wonder if anyone would care
If suddenly I was gone without a goodbye
Leaving not a hint of my morbid desires
That cost me my fleeting life
Sometimes I wonder how would it be done
With this razorblade that’s scarred my fragile flesh many times before
Or would death be brought by this cord entwine around my neck
With my lifeless body dangling from above for the world to see
Or would I choose the quick way out
With a single bullet shot through my head, my cold, limp body crashing to the ground
My blood spilt all around staining the floor its beautiful crimson colour
And sometimes I wonder would I be succesfull in departing this cruel world
Would I mess-up like everything else I’ve ever done
Or would I be cursed to a desolate wander of this forsaken world
Searching for a place to belong

Very descriptive. Sounds like this consumes most of your life. Someone wise once told me "Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem." For some reason I feel you are stronger than to end and give up, though I'm sure hope has lost its appeal. Tread on. Be strong.

fate changes as you change, grow, and make decisions. It molds itself at your will. It does not break, it is only hidden underneath the undecided answers. Great write though, very expressive.
