My RazorBlade

Contributed by addicted2selfharm on Friday, 26th November 2004 @ 12:15:38 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

In a box, lies my bestfriend, and we were that until the end...that is true....
My friend seen my mascara tears.
Watched me on the nights I cried myself to sleep.
Was there when I went too far at times.
There when I got the stitches.
There when I started to take pills.
Watched me lie there like nothing.
Watched me snot them...
Watched what they did to me...
My bestfriend has even tasted my blood.
My bestfriend was even there the night I died, did nothing to stop me from attempting suicide.
Because my friend thought that it was just another desperate act, wanting help..
My bestfrined was even there after I died....
Because my bestfriend is my razorblade, who helped me commit my suicide...

Very disturbing but a great piece of work. I wish you could find some peace in yourself. Try listening to the Grateful Dead. I find it extremely therapeutic. Much peace to you. Take care.

dear friend, leave the razor blade take me as your friend and read my poems that will solve all your problems. a pen is mightier than a sword hence hold the pen as your friend rather than the razor blade.

And if you think who then just think that i care about you. if you pray you will also get a answer that people care about you.

I love this poem, it describes me perfectly. I have many "friends" (knives and things i use) sitting next to my desk. Keep writing!
