Unknown Reality

Unknown reality

Sitting on the bus,
Gazing out the window,
I watch as the world passes by.
I hear the voices behind me,
I try to block them out,
But their voices are louder.
Soon they quiet into a whisper,
I hear my name, but pretend not to care.
Items are thrown, towards my head they come,
They hit on impact, I ignore their selfish judgment.
Faster come the objects, what they are I do not know,
They sound like metal, maybe money,
I’m not a whore or slut, but if that’s what they think, then that’s okay.
More and more. The objects seem to double,
I feel them hit my scalp, but pain I will not show.
Bottle caps, pencils, metal and more,
All is thrown towards me.
What did I do, to deserve this pain?
I don’t talk to them, nor show any signs,
So why be punished like an outcast?
Is it because I’m different? Well at least I’m not the same.
Scenery becomes familiar, as my house approaches.
I grab my bag, as I get off my seat,
Talking stays a whisper.
I walk to the front, as I await my stop.
There it is, so I get off.
Knocking on the window of the bus,
They try to get my attention,
I continue to walk towards my house,
Ignoring all signs of hate.

They are probably jus jealous.
It takes a lot of courage to walk a way from someone elses stupidity.
Be proud of yourself.
luv, huggs, smiles,
emy
