It’s the moments
In silence
Holding me to my word
Biting my lip in return
I gasp to glance
Receiving and pleasing romance
It’s the moments
Wasted
Laying in a cocoon
All alone with you
I feel completely safe
Things are slow but it’s an easy pace
It’s the moments
Of cliché
Romeo and Juliet
Two pairs of eyes just met
And I contemplate love before
It happened and I can't ignore
It’s the moments
Close to you
Wrap me up and keep me taint
For I am a coal in the fire don't let me disintegrate
Black enough to be overlooked
Granted, it’s the title but it's not the pages of the book
It’s the moments
To come
I've been dreaming of for awhile
It's Euphoria of an eager child
Making my down days up and my dark times bright
That morning I smiled until that night
