my goodbyes

Contributed by moon_light on Wednesday, 24th November 2004 @ 05:05:03 PM in AEST
Topic: goodbyepoetry

Goodbye dear ones.
Goodbye to you all.
My time has come,
this great fall.
I know it's not fair.
But, in your heart i'm
still thare.
''feal no sorrow do not greav''
In time the gifts
of my life
you will receve.
Never let go.
For pain you will never know.
Goodbye everyone
It's my time.

This was a very nice tribute to Shane. It was a shock that someone so special left us so suddenly. They always say the good die young, and in his case, it is so true. May he rest in peace. It may have been short and sweet, but it said so much. Great Job, moon.
Love you,
Gramma Thumps

Hey Jen, This poem was sweet and nice. It really brought tears to my eyes. It brought back the memories Shane and I had. I really miss him. Its a better poem than mine. Good Job sis.
