Back when this began

Contributed by little_genna on Wednesday, 24th November 2004 @ 04:57:35 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

I have to make that decision of walking away,
This is so hard for me to do and say.
I let you in, but now I have to push you out.
I should have known from the start, there was too much doubt.

You made it seem like you were into me,
Of course you were, yet it weren’t meant to be.
We had some fun, but now its time for the end.
We can no longer pretend,
After all you never really liked me, I was just a little distraction.
All you managed to do is make my darkness deepen.

There’s no hope for us friendship may prove hard,
Maybe we should take a trip to a graveyard,
After all that’s where all the dead hang out.
My heart feels completely burnt out.
Was it part of you’re plan?
Back when all this began.
