My Turn To Feel

When is it gonna be my turn

to feel this thing called love

when will i be loved in return

and stop relying on what the stars "say" above

when will i feel completed

that nothing can go wrong

when will this feeling of being cheated

finally go away... its been here for so long

he doesn't know how much i need him

he doesn't know how much it hurts me

to see him with his blonde dimwit

why can't he see

that i want to be more than just his friend

i want to be

his essential girfriend

i no longer want to dream

of times where he is mine

and i contend

to feel love....if not from him

then from someone else.
