Stripes as far as the eye can see
Stripes from my elbows
Down to my knees
Some stripes just got here
Some stripes have gone
Some stripes are short stripes
And some stripes are long

Some stripes are red ones

Some resemble smiles
While others, they’re frowns
Stripes on my hinges, branches and spine
