Will you remember?
When you find me in the attic
hanging from the rafters
my face pale; my eyes bloodshot
my stale, lifeless body swinging
softly side to side
will you reach out - or just forget
what has brought me to this state?
Even though you tried to help me
tried with all your might.
It was not enough.
So I hope you remember me.
And remember the good times.
Try to be happy.
I will see you again.
Goodbye. For now.
